Message Frequency
Daily Reminders: One SMS per day at your selected time
Weekly Reminders: One SMS per week at your selected time
You can change your frequency or disable SMS anytime in your Profile Settings
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Standard SMS rates from your carrier may apply to messages you receive. Check with your wireless provider for details about your specific plan.
Opt-Out
You can opt-out of SMS reminders at any time by:
Logging into your UpHeart account
Going to Profile Settings → SMS Preferences
Disabling "Enable SMS reminders"
You may also reply "STOP" to any SMS message to unsubscribe immediately.
Data Security
Your phone number is stored securely in our database and is protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Third-Party Service Provider
SMS messages are sent through Twilio, a third-party SMS service provider. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above and posting the revised policy on our website.

By opting into the UpHeart SMS reminder program, you agree to these terms:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate.
Opt-In Consent: By providing your phone number and enabling SMS reminders, you explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from UpHeart.
Message Content: SMS messages will contain spiritual reflection reminders and may include links to the UpHeart app.
Frequency: Messages will be sent at your selected frequency (daily or weekly ) at your preferred time.
Charges: Standard SMS rates apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. UpHeart is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-Out: You can opt-out anytime through your account settings or by replying "STOP" to any message.
Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program with reasonable notice.
Liability: UpHeart is not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery by your wireless carrier.
